Originally crafted with just bread and melted Gruyère, Swiss fondue became so beloved it was named Switzerland’s national dish in the 1930s. Today, it’s the perfect indulgence for chilly winter nights.
- Our Traditional Swiss Fondue blends Gruyère with other classic Swiss cheeses like Emmentaler, Vacherin Fribourg, Appenzeller, and Raclette, enhanced with a splash of kirsch, white wine, and a hint of garlic.

Get immersed in our new intimate, Swiss-style cabin called The Chalet. Made from 100% recycled timber saved from historic locations around New Zealand, with the decor and style of a Swiss Stubli. It’s Auckland’s most authentic Fondue Restaurant. So come and experience a traditional Swiss Fondue with friends, all while looking at the backdrop of Snowplanet’s magical Winter Wonderland.
The Chalet is fully licensed and the perfect place to come after a busy day.
